My Top 6 Take-Aways From Airbnb Expert, Precious Price
I watched a video of a young lady on Instagram recently. Her name is Precious Price. She offers advice on money, business, and Airbnb. She spoke earnestly about the way today’s up-and-coming entrepreneurs think in regards to business building. As I watched and listened, Ms. Price began to answer so many of the questions I’d been grappling with recently — questions of purpose, destiny, business, success, multiple income streams, etc. The video speaks for itself. Here are my top take-aways:
#1. Check your mental real estate before going into “real” real estate
Precious spoke about the need to assess what is going on in your head and make sure there is space enough to focus wholly on your definite chief aim. Because of how we live today, we constantly think of ways to monetize our ideas, hobbies, and talents. Unnecessary challenges arise when we try to make everything profitable at the same time. Starting and maintaining a business requires elegant thought. We first have to solve the upfront problems in building a business.
Once we understand the basics, we’ll then iterate upon and automate processes. If we do this, we can eliminate wasted and inefficient efforts in our business. Consistent profitability occurs when we’ve established ourselves and processes. Only after one can consistently draw profit…
