It Won’t Be Easy…But You Will Win

I want to encourage you to remember that even when it seems nothing is going right, you need to be persistent in what you originally set out to do.

It will be difficult to maintain vigilance when your business income becomes stagnant, when your gains aren’t appearing, when you have failed the exam, but then, if it were easy to win, you would never develop the strength necessary to slay bigger obstacles.

And the obstacles always get bigger in life.

The challenges you face on your way toward achieving your desires grow you, often in ways you could never imagine. Embrace them. What does this mean? It means getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Be with your discomfort. Sit still and experience your anxiety, your doubt, your unbelief, your fear. Be present with your worry, your trauma. Just be. Then make a move.

There is an extra gear inside of you waiting to be used. You know it, don’t you? Engage it. When it seems hard to press on, double down on your efforts and go harder. Your body will tell you when you need to stop.

Many of us bump into a small amount of adversity and quit on ourselves. I’ve been guilty of this, but I learned that no one is coming to save me. No one is coming to save you…
