Want Perfect Health? No Gym Needed!
I’m 35 years old and I’m in the best shape of my life. When I go out, people often make the comment, “You go to the gym don’t you?”, to which I resoundingly respond, “No!” Here’s the thing. I don’t go to a gym. Haven’t in years! The times I did go were on a buddy pass with friends, and I went just for moral support.
You Are Your Own Gym
I tell people that they are their own gym. I’ve never seen the sense in getting a gym membership unless you are trying to develop extreme amounts of muscle, or take a fitness class.

Around the late 70’s and early 80’s, back when one of the original kings of weightlifting, Arnold Schwarzenegger, was wowing audiences with his perfected body image, a switch went off in people’s heads.
People — mainly men — reasoned that to be in shape and good-looking, one had to attend the gym. The goal? Look like Arnold.
